SAWING
Selected rubber wood logs are sawn to required sizes for further processing by flat sawing method.
VACCUM SEASONING
The impregnated timber is seasoned by using a vacuum kiln drying system based on Danish Technology. This is also a fully automated system with PLC controls.
CHEMICAL IMPREGNATION
An advanced vacuum-pressure boron impregnation is done to give much better chemical loading, deeper and more uniform penetration of preservative in a short time while not discoloring the timber.
GRADE SAWING
The timber is then graded for removing timber defects and drying defects, by a system of grade sawing and the selected RSKD timber is either exported or used in furniture making.
